Your Personal Fitness Center

Stay in shape without the inconvenience of an overwhelming and impersonal gym. Our fitness center has an array of equipment in an atmosphere akin to that of your own home. Take advantage of the strength training and cardio machines, plus various free weights and stability balls. Regardless of your fitness level, you can set and reach your goals in our friendly, non-intimidating fitness center.

Once considered a luxury, personal training has become an absolute necessity for anyone interested in seeing results quickly and safely. Catering to your individual needs, our personal trainers will create a plan for success. Whether you are training to run your first 5k, or you have a health condition that requires a supervised exercise routine, our personal trainers can help you with all your fitness needs! Each of our trainers has a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Health Science field as well as a nationally recognized certification. Training sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour. Dual and small group sessions are also available.

Opened in Fall 2018, CHCC boasts 4 miles of all purpose trails for running, walking and biking. These trails are for members only and are located on the South side of Cascade Road.
