Once considered a luxury, personal training has become an absolute necessity for anyone interested in seeing results quickly and safely. Personal trainers work with your individual needs to create a plan for success. Whether you are training to run your first 5k, or you have a health condition that requires you to have a supervised exercise routine, our personal training staff can help you with all of your fitness needs.

All of our trainers have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Health Science field as well as a nationally recognized certification. Training sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour. Dual and small group sessions are also available. Contact the Fitness Center for details.
