Swim & Dive Team
You don't have to be a pro, and you don't have to be a competitive swimer! Fun participation is the only requirement in Cascade aquatic programs, and learning is the ultimate goal. We ask that team members be on time (with all of their gear), respectful of staff, energetic and ready to learn!

| Meet Sign-up. A sign-up sheet for each meet will be posted at the pool check-in desk at the beginning of the season. Please sign-up as early as possible for all meets that you plan to attend. Changes to the line-up within 48 hours of the meet must go through the coaching staff. |
| Meet Format. Team members should arrive at meets one hour prior to the meet start and immediately check-in with the coach for their age group. After checking-in team members will warm-up and practice their dives and/or strokes for the meet. Meets typically last two to three hours. |
| Team Practices. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory for all team practices; however, team spirit and camaraderie grow strongest when team members attend practices, meets and team events. |
