Dana is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program. Dana has served in the hospitality industry since 1974, in private clubs since 1981, and at Cascade Hills since 1985. Since 1983 he has participated in local and National Club Manager’s Associations. Locally, he has chaired several committees and is a past president of the Michigan Club Manager’s Association. In his professional organization, Dana has completed Business Management Courses III, IV and VI - taken at both Michigan State and Cornell University. He obtained the designation of Certified Club Manager in 1991 and has been recertified twice. He now joins a small group of 7% of managers worldwide holding Honor Society designation.
